Our story began in 1985, when Joan's Catering opened its doors with a simple promise: to bring people together through great food and genuine hospitality. Founded by Joan, the business quickly became a beloved name across the Tampa Bay area and its surrounding cities- known for its home-style flavors, reliable services, and a personal touch that made every event feel special.  After Joan's passing, her legacy continued under the guidance of Chef Jose' Bagulho, who carried forward her recipes, spirit, and commitment to quality. For decades, Joan's Catering thrived- until the challenges of 2020, when the business was forced to close its doors during the pandemic.  But great food and passion never truly fade.  In 2021, a new chapter began with the launch of CopperPot Catering- a fresh start built on the same heart and heritage that made Joan's Catering a local favorite. We're proud to honor out past while growing into the future.  Today, CopperPot Catering continues to serve delicious, handcrafted meals made with care and creativity, while expanding our services to make event planning simpler and more seamless than ever.
